  1. Seaside Post Office Stop by for a selfie, a book of stamps or a souvenir postcard. This tiny full-service post office sits in the center of Seaside and may be one of the most photographed of its kind in the nation. 99 Central Square
  2. Old Florida Fish House This waterfront eatery overlooking Eastern Lake has been serving crab cakes, pan-seared grouper, red snapper and snow crab claws to sunburned beachgoers since 2005. 33 Heron’s Watch Way
  3. SunDog Books What started in 1985 as a plywood shack with a cigar-box cash register now takes up the first floor of a columned house in the heart of Seaside. Browse beach reads and gifts or find your next literary obsession from the staff favorites section. 89 Central Square
  4. WaterColor Inn & Resort This 67-room inn is nestled in a 500-acre community, featuring 10 pools, a network of trails, a boathouse with rentable kayaks and paddleboards and private white sand beaches as far as the eye can see. 34 Goldenrod Circle
  5. The Town Center Tucked in the heart of Alys Beach, this whitewashed village bustles with upscale and indie boutiques. Stop by the Alys Shoppe for logoed merch or The Citizen for oysters on the half shell. 9581 E. County Hwy. 30A
  6. Underwater Museum of Art About a mile offshore of Grayton Beach State Park, 53 sculptures from the mythic to the surreal rest 58 feet below the surface—forming the nation’s first permanent underwater museum and an ever-evolving artificial reef. 357 Main Park Rd.
  7. The Red Bar If these neon light-covered walls could talk, they’d probably say this is one of the best places to wrap up a rowdy night out, as it’s one of the few that stays open until 10 p.m. 70 Hotz Ave.
  8. Airstream Row 30A’s version of a food-truck court looks more like an ode to midcentury campers with this lineup of Airstream travel trailers housing restaurants such as Barefoot BBQ, Wild Bill’s Beach Dogs and Frost Bites. 2235 E. County Hwy. 30A
  9. Grayton Beach State Park This sandy refuge unfolds across 2,000 acres of Gulf Coast beach, Western Lake and wooded trails. Spend the day casting a line, hiking the 9-mile round trip trail or just lounging on the sand. Then settle into an on-site cabin and wake with the sun. 357 Main Park Rd.
  10. The Pearl Hotel This 55-room boutique hotel feels lifted from a European fairytale. Guests drift between emerald private beach cabanas and yellow poolside umbrellas, with time left for the hotel’s full-service spa. 63 Main St.
  11. Fonville Press Equal parts gourmet market, cafe and bar, this gathering place is perfect for fashionable foodies who love to day drink, starting with the Flamingo Punch Bowl (meant for sharing) and ending with the signature chicken and sausage gumbo. 23 N. Somerset St.
  12. Bud & Alley’s In the ’80s, friends Dave Rauschkolb and Scott Witcoski decided to open a seafood joint in what was then an empty town. Forty years later, this OG hangout is beloved for its fresh, Gulf-to-table fare. 2236 E. County Rd. 30-A
  13. Huck & Harlowe Husband-and-wife duo Mason and Katie Blackwell opened this posh pet boutique in 2020, curating a collection of luxury goods such as hand-stitched collars and bandanas with custom embroidery. 16 S. Barrett Square, Unit C4
  14. Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar One of 30A’s prime sunset perches, Pescado pairs Gulf views with a menu built on fresh seafood. Munch on bourbon-braised Duroc pork belly and a rotating fish of the day. 74 Town Hall Road, Suite 4B
  15. Eden Gardens State Park The centerpiece of this 53-acre property is the Wesley House, a white two-story columned home built in 1897. Stroll the ornamental grounds, with a heritage rose garden, for a change in the coastal scenery. 181 Eden Gardens Rd.
  16. Rosemary Beach Town Hall A favorite for beachside ceremonies, this Rosemary Beach icon is a popular place to say “I do.” Plus, its stark-white facade and Dutch West Indies parapet roof make it a must-stop photo op. 62-98 S. Barrett Square
  17. Central Square Records Perched above Sundog Books, this cultural institution stocks vinyl records—both new releases and classic hits—and CDs of all genres, along with a selection of offbeat finds such as coffee mugs, cards, ukuleles, keychains and t-shirts. 89 Central Square
  18. George’s at Alys Beach To behave or misbehave—that is the question at this restaurant where the menu is divided into sections for good and bad behavior. Savor dishes such as lobster quesadillas and warm chocolate toffee goo. 30 Castle Harbour Drive
