The Cabot Collection is a developer of luxury golf resorts founded by Ben Cowan-Dewar, a Canadian whom GolfPass calls “arguably the hottest golf developer on the planet.” Cowan-Dewar started work on the collection’s first course, Cabot Links, built on a former mining site in Nova Scotia in 2004 at age 25. Cabot Citrus Farms is the company’s first U.S. resort.
