Make Coconut Cartel’s Miami Tai
A modern twist on the classic mai tai.
MAKES ONE COCKTAIL
- 1.5 ounces Coconut Cartel blanco rum
- ½ ounce Coconut Cartel añejo rum
- ¾ ounce orange curacao
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce orgeat syrup
- Mint for garnish
- Lime for garnish
PREPARATION: Add all ingredients except Coconut Cartel añejo rum in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Float Coconut Cartel añejo rum over the top. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel or wedge.
