Make Coconut Cartel’s Miami Tai

A modern twist on the classic mai tai.

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL

  • 1.5 ounces Coconut Cartel blanco rum
  • ½ ounce Coconut Cartel añejo rum
  • ¾ ounce orange curacao
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce orgeat syrup
  • Mint for garnish
  • Lime for garnish

PREPARATION: Add all ingredients except Coconut Cartel añejo rum in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Float Coconut Cartel añejo rum over the top. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel or wedge.
