Ology’s Old Fashioned

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL
- 2 ounces Ology small batch bourbon
- ¼ ounce simple syrup (preferably turbinado)
- 5 dashes Angostura bitters
PREPARATION: Add Ology small batch bourbon, simple syrup and Angostura bitters to a glass. Add ice to chill, mix, then strain over a large rock in a rocks glass. Express an orange peel over the glass, then garnish with the peel.
