How to Make the Ology Bicentennial Cocktail

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL
- 1 ¼ ounces Ology royal lavender gin
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- A splash of Champagne
- Lavender garnish (optional)
PREPARATION: Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Top off with Champagne and garnish with a sprig of lavender, if using.
