Shake Up the Bird Spritz Cocktail from Odd Birds
This St. Augustine haunt uses gin, citrus and a splash of Martini Fiero to make this whimsical pink drink
Bird Spritz
- 1¾ ounces Fords Gin
- ¾ ounce Mahon Gin
- ½ ounce Martini Fiero
- ½ ounce grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ¾ ounce cardamom-lemongrass syrup
- Soda water
- Grapefruit (for garnish)
- Rosemary (for garnish)
PREPARATION: Add the first six ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a balloon glass and top with soda water and extra ice as needed. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.
