Cool Off with a Mango Daiquiri
Tart mangoes and smooth-sipping rum come together for the dreamiest summer cocktail on hot Sunshine State days.

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL
- 2 oz. white rum
- 1 oz. fresh mango juice
- ¼ oz. fresh lime juice, plus a lime wheel for garnish
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
Preparations: Add the rum, mango juice, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, and shake until well mixed. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. For those who like a thick and icy daiquiri, use frozen mangoes and blend.
