Spark Inspiration with this Hemingway Daiquiri Recipe
A St. Augustine cocktail lounge teaches us how to shake up Ernest Hemingway's preferred—and potent—beverage.
Makes One Cocktail
- 2 ounces Diplomatico Planas rum
- ½ ounce grapefruit juice
- ¾ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- Lime (for garnish)
PREPARATION: Add all the liquids to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime or fruit of choice.
