It’s easier in eTown
Jacksonville’s eTown offers a green approach to a modern lifestyle.
Surrounded by a canopy of dense pine trees in the southeast corner of Jacksonville, a large green sign popped up in February. On it, a minimalist blue square contained a lone, white ‘e’. It’s only one small letter, but it represents something so much bigger.
Today, the final coats of paint are being added to the first homes in eTown—Jacksonville’s newest master-planned community, designed to make life for its residents efficient in every way, with green-technology, convenience and sustainability at its core.

Take a jog or walk your dog on one of eTown’s many scenic trails.
“eTown is a one-of-a-kind community and a complete rethink of Jacksonville living,” said Roger O’Steen, Chairman and Founder of The PARC Group, the master developers of eTown and award-winning Nocatee. “With state-of-the-art homes, canopied walking trails, resort-style amenities, and cafes and shops just a golf cart ride away, eTown offers a fresh approach to the modern lifestyle.”
EFFICIENT, EASY, EXCITING
The PARC Group, the developer behind eTown and other successful northeast Florida communities like Nocatee, has plans for hundreds of smart, energy-efficient homes and luxury apartments to populate its latest Southside Jacksonville community. In addition, eTown will feature traditional and co-working offices and meeting rooms, restaurants and shops, all balanced by abundant natural outdoor spaces.
Imagine feeling stress-free after a blissfully short work commute, walking your dog on nature trails, or meeting neighbors for coffee at The Hub and Welcome Center— a social gathering point at the center of the community. These are the moments that will make eTown home.
Opening in the Summer of 2019, state-of-the-art homes in eTown’s first neighborhoods—Marconi, Edison and Del Webb—start in the mid-$200,000’s. The modern coastal, craftsman and farmhouse style houses in eTown feature smart capabilities, allowing residents to control every aspect of their home from a phone, consolidating electronic remotes and activating home security systems for example. There’s also a Discover eTown interactive website so you can explore its neighborhoods virtually before moving in.

Getting your morning coffee has never been easier with coffee shops and eateries at arm’s reach.
The development will offer both energy efficient and net-zero-ready new homes, meaning the amount of energy used and the amount the home produces annually will practically cancel each other out. The homes will be built with energy efficient appliances, high-performance windows, an efficient hot-water distribution system, as well as the option to install solar-panels, all of which are part of the EPA’s Energy Star and Department of Energy’s Net Zero Ready programs.
EVERYTHING WITHIN REACH
“In addition to having all the essentials for daily life located conveniently within eTown, residents will benefit from the community’s central location. The St. Johns Town Center, University of North Florida and the region’s fastest growing employment centers are right around the corner,” said Mike White, The PARC Group’s Director of Planning and Development. “eTown is also close to some of the region’s best beaches, hospitals, schools and entertainment.”
eTown sits at the center of northeast Florida’s arts and entertainment hubs with downtown Jacksonville 5 miles away and the historic St. Augustine 28 miles away.
That is, if you want to leave the neighborhood. The burgeoning community leaves residents with almost no reason to venture out. eTown will be home to a town center of its own that incorporates eateries, a community bier garden and an event lawn: a suburban setting with an urban vibe. Other centralized community amenities include a resort-style pool, walking & nature trails, dog parks, fitness center, and so much more.

Bike trails and running paths are situated right in your backyard.
Parks, ponds and trails pattern the entire community. Go anywhere on foot, by bike or in a golf cart via a network of electric vehicle pathways. Staying true to The PARC Group’s mission to respect natural surroundings and preserve landscapes, 50 percent of eTown’s acreage will remain undeveloped, preserving much of the area’s signature longleaf pine habitat.
The PARC Group has created the perfect place to enjoy a modern North Florida life. Now, all it needs is you.
