Make the Daytona Dirty Cobbler With Persimmon Hollow Brewing Company’s Ale

The Daytona Dirty Cobbler

Makes One Cocktail

• 1 ounce bourbon
• 1/4 ounce honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 8 ounces chilled Persimmon Hollow Daytona Dirty Blonde Ale
• 1 dried persimmon wheel, for garnish
• 1 rosemary sprig, for garnish
• Cubed ice

PREPARATION: Combine the bourbon, honey syrup and Angostura bitters in a rocks glass filled with cubed ice. Top with the chilled Daytona Dirty Blonde Ale. Stir gently. Garnish with the dried persimmon wheel and rosemary sprig.

TIP: Clap the rosemary sprig between your palms before garnishing to release its aroma.
