How to Craft Coconut Cartel’s Miami Bird

Sip into paradise with the Miami Bird cocktail, a vibrant blend of Coconut Cartel añejo rum, pineapple and guava.

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL

  • 1 ounce Coconut Cartel Añejo Rum
  • 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce Aperol
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce guava syrup

PREPARATION: Combine ingredients and shake over ice. Strain and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
